About Apex Performing Arts Collective
Founded in 2021, Apex Performing Arts Collective is committed to providing high-quality artistic opportunities to the Denver community. We believe every child deserves the chance to discover their voice on stage.
Our Story
Apex Performing Arts Collective was founded in 2021 in the Baker neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, by Rebecca Schonbrun and Kami Seymour Martin. After years of directing and choreographing youth theater across Colorado and California, they saw a need for a performing arts home where every young performer could grow, regardless of experience level. APEX has since produced multiple full-scale musicals, offered dozens of classes and camps, and built a vibrant community of young artists and their families.
Our Mission
"We are committed to providing high-quality artistic opportunities to the Denver community. We believe in the transformative power of performing arts to build confidence, foster creativity, and create lifelong skills."
